    This role leads the large global compensation processes, delivery, analytics, and systems for Veeam. Major processes are the annual salary adjustment, short term incentive plan, and global benchmarking. The role is the key thought partner for the VP of Total Rewards and contributes to plan designs, modeling, and communications. In addition, the role functions as the Compensation Partner for the Americas region.


    • Takes the lead on global process ownership for the key recurring major initiatives: annual salary adjustment, short term incentive planning and payout, and global benchmarking
    • Acts as the key thought partner for the VP of Total Rewards, testing our thinking on plan design, linkage to talent and business strategy, research and modeling, and communications and rollout strategies
    • Functions as the lead compensation partner for the Americas region, primarily US but inclusive of Canada and LATAM. Works with VP of Americas HR and her team on day to day compensation issues, job leveling, benchmarking etc.
    • Will work closely with the VP of Total Rewards on the long-term Incentive Plan design, funding, and delivery ongoing to new talent and in the annual processes
    • Will partner closely with organizational development leaders in the talent assessment process and link rewards decisions to that process.
    • Will drive effective delivery of major processes looking to streamline efficiency and best use of technology, including working to automate the processes in either our Workday System or through other means
    • Leads all analytics preparation, dashboards, financial modeling.
    • Acts as the global PMO on the major initiatives, mapping timelines, and advising regional rewards partners on their contribution to the global work. 


    • Bachelor’s degree, Business/Finance/Economics type degree

    • 6-10 years progressively responsible experience

    • Experience in software, or other high tech industry with growth oriented, transformative, unstructured work environments

    • Workday exposure is a plus

    • Some equity compensation, sales compensation, incentive compensation background is also a plus

    • Experience with global benchmarking/market pricing and leveling of roles

    • Ability to scale from strategic adviser and consultant to the VP of Total Rewards to collaborator and adviser to the Regional Rewards

    • Partners to the ability to be the partner for the Americas.

    • Top notch user interface, easy to work with, excellent thinker and planner. Strong on execution and communication
    • Ability to prioritize work, focus and juggle many things at once
    • Self-starter, resourceful, good networker, and willing to socialize plans and agendas well. Important considering work from home primarily
