  • Overview

    The HR Administrator is responsible to provide full HR administration service to the Americas HR team and internal departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain all HRIS data entry and transactions (such as open positions, job updates, hires, termoinations, etc)
    • Approve direct deposit edits
    • Organize and maintain personnel records
    • Prepare HR documents, such as employment letters and new hire guides
    • Assist Payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Participate in HR projects, if requested
    • Update and maintain the HRIS, to ensure data integrity
    • Work collaboratively with the HR team to provide HR support to all employees from the assigned region
    • Help coordinate the onboarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across the group
    • Help Coordinate the offboarding process and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure that leaving details are captured and processed in a timely manner
    • Deliver requested information and reports in a timely manner, reviewing data for accuracy and formatting for ease of use
    • Back-up colleagues on HR admin whenever required
    • Any other task assigned by the manager

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Previous data entry experience
    • Workday experience preferred
