The Inside Side Manager - SMB plays a crucial role in the execution and attainment of Veeam's growth objectives by largely managing through effective and efficient coaching techniques to develop Veeam's newest sales employees in an accelerated manner to become high achieving consultative selling professionals.
As an Inside Sales Manager for the SMB market your responsibilities will be coaching, developing and performance management of a team of 8 - 12 Full Consultative Selling Inside Sales Representatives selling into the SMB space. Your team of Inside Sales Representatives - SMB will own, develop and drive sales opportunities in alignment with Veeams channel partners to grow the segment revenue performance by Leverage phone, email and chat to build relationships with key business decision makers and develop and close sales opportunities across our SMB segment.
