  • Overview

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our Public Sector field marketing initiatives. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with the proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and sales teams to achieve company revenue goals. As the Public Sector Marketing Manager, you’ll need to have a proven record of developing and implementing successful regional and national marketing programs, that includes all aspects of demand generation, including online and in person events, digital and social. 


    Establish broad, deep, and strong relationships within SLED sales segment, field marketing teams and key stakeholders, and maintain positive and productive relationships with partners and peers

    ·        Develop and execute SLED specific national, regional and account-based marketing programs and plans

    ·        Serve as the voice of marketing with SLED sales leadership including weekly and monthly presentations and quarterly business reviews

    ·        Analyze marketing performance data and track key metrics for SLED campaigns

    ·        Collaborate with SLED sales teams to ensure optimization of pipeline coverage, acceleration and alignment across territories.

    ·        Work with channel and alliance marketing teams to implement joint SLED partner campaigns as applicable

    ·        Effectively manage the public sector marketing budget

    ·        Produce public sector messaging, website and email copy as needed

    ·        Coordinate and manage tradeshow calendar for Federal sales teams


    7+ years’ experience in B2B field marketing or equivalent role in marketing to the public sector

    Highly knowledgeable about public sector markets and marketing best practices

    Experience developing regional plans to support account-based marketing

    State and Local Government and Education (SLED) marketing experience preferred

    Additional skills

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Extreme diligence and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Suite
